We've worked with Stephanie twice now and I can wholeheartedly tell you that she's the best realtor around and I cannot recommend her enough. Stephanie is extremely communicative and responsive, she's knowledgeable, and she gives great advice while also letting you as the homeowner feel in control of the process. She has guided us through a couple of tricky situations, and I never felt like any question was too silly to go to her with. I can't imagine calling on anyone else for our real estate needs, and I eagerly recommend her to everyone I know!

Besides ending up with the perfect home for our season of life, working with Stephanie was ONE OF THE BEST PARTS of our experience. She walked us through the process and HELPED US AT EVERY TURN. Stephanie was very ENCOURAGING and reminded us that we were taking wise first-time homeowner steps.Almost immediately afterward, we found a better house in a neighborhood we liked even more. We were able to get a tour the same night and agreed that it was even better than the first house! It was a MULTIPLE OFFER SITUATION, and the home had only been on the market for a few days. Stephanie helped us navigate how to put in a competitive offer considering more than our asking price, and we got it! Every message, call, and email from Stephanie was PROFESIONAL, KIND, WELL-INFORMED, and INSIGHTFUL. She was not overbearing but also did an excellent job of making sure we knew what we needed and reassuring us to reach out with any questions. I enjoyed every aspect of working with Stephanie. She exceeded our expectations and even gave us the most thoughtful, perfect housewarming gift. I have happy tears and I am SO GRATEFUL that we had the privilege of working with Stephanie. Stephanie helped us find 3 rent houses, buy a house, find renters for our home, and sell a house. She gave us the same GREAT GREAT service finding a rent house as she did helping us sell a house! She is ALWAYS available for any question or for any concerns you may have through the process. She is the nicest most considerate realtor you will find, but has a tough side when she is negotiating for you. She is everything you want in a realtor, great customer service, great knowledge of the market, great partner through the entire process!

Stephanie has been one of the best parts about selling a house and buying property in the Liberty Hill, Texas area. She works around the clock responding late at night and first thing the next morning to follow up emails as needed to get the job done. I know throughout our home selling process she was involved with other clients, but it never distracted her from our selling experience. She got us top dollar (above appraisal) without even listing on MLS. This market is super hot and she has what it takes to be competitive in both the buying and selling process. I can not recommend Stephanie enough.
