Stephen played a crucial role to achieving our goal of selling our home and purchasing our dream house. To be honest, I didn't think it would be possible. With Stephen's help, we sold our home (which wasn't the most polished) and bought a new home that I didn't think we had a shot at. It was outside our budget, but Stephen was able to strategically negotiate with the sales person to figure out a way to meet our budget. I also really appreciated his communication with us.
