Steve Reed helped us in the purchase of our condo on the Isles of Capri, Naples, Florida.I cannot imagine a better Agent than Steve. Steve helped us from the beginning, before we had even arrived in Florida, until well after the actual settlement. He is an honest, helpful, patient, courteous and friendly person; and went well beyond what I would have expected. January 2017 I am writing this letter to express my appreciation and complete confidence in Steve Reed for his help in my recent purchase of a condo in Naples Fl. In April of 2016 I began looking online, from my home in Concord,Ohio, for property to purchase in Naples, Fl. Steve replied to my online request for information on the Naples area real estate. He began sending me properties for me to choose from that were all within the criteria I was interested in. He followed through with a phone call and making himself available to me for questions. Steve was always cordial and helpful. In June 2016 I made my first trip to Naples to look at properties that I had selected with Steve's online help. Steve met with me the first day with a complete line up of properties. I spent 4 days looking at properties but not finding exactly what I was looking for. I returned in July to look again and this time I found the perfect condo. The purchase and closing went smoothly and on August 3rd I was able to close from Ohio. I had originally planned on using the condo as an investment and renting it during season, but I am so pleased with it that I am now using it for personal pleasure time in lovely Naples. In late fall 2016, I was so pleased with my condo, that a friend and I bought a second condo together with Steve's help. April 2016My wife and I decided to purchase a second home in Florida for personal and potential rental opportunities. Jan 2016To anyone thinking about listing their Naples Area home,I just wanted to let you know the kind of experience we had with the realtor we chose to list our home. Steve Reed.He met with us viewed our home and went through the comparable sales in our Neighborhood. He told us what he felt the current market value of the home was. Which he also said he could get us an offer in that range in short order. We decided to list at a higher price which he agreed to do but warned us it may take a little longer to achieve.Ever since the home was listed we could always count on Steve to communicate with us weekly. He would tell usHow many showings we had the last week.What the feedback was from those showingsWhat new marketing he had done for your home in the last weekAnd Any other pertinent information regarding the sale of our home.Within short order we had received an offer but much lower than what we wanted and lower than even what Steve had suggested we could get. Nov 2015 I would like to take this opportunity to thank our Realtor Steve Reed. Approximately 2 years ago we had placed our home on the market with another local realtor. We were promised all kinds of results but after six months with no showings and no guidance we chose to take our home off the market. We knew we would have to do something different and find a professional that would work for us; not merely take a few snapshots, place our home on MLS and sit back hoping to collect a commission. Our son happened to be in the market for his first purchase of a condominium. Steve Reed happened to be the listing agent of a condo we found cute but not the one. We continued to work with Steve and found the one. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. Steve helped my fianc and I find the perfect house. But he didn't stop there. He was quick with the process of getting the offer in and landing it. His connections he used to get the loan process done was A+. We closed in 1 month. I HIGHLY recommend Steve if your wanting an easy going experience.

To Whom it May Concern; Steve Reed sold my house in 7 months from listing. My previous broker had the listing for over 2 years and was supposedly an expert on the area. During this time there were very few showings, averaged maybe,1 every three months. After listing with Steve there were many changes. 1. He communicated on at least a weekly basis. 2. He used what he learned from the showings, and made the adjustments necessary to improve the appearance of the house, as well as fine tune marketing efforts in content and potential buyers demographics. 3. He had a much more aggressive marketing plan, and proved to be very knowledgeable with the internet and social media. 4. In the 7 months, after the first week, he had at least 4 to 8 showings a month. 5. At the time of sale there were 2 other people in the bidding process, which allowed me to have a choice and consequently made negotiations easier and enabled me to take the best offer. Overall I found Mr. Reed to handle all responsibilities with a high level of professionalism and would recommend him highly to handle any real estate matter.
