I met Steve in mid-Oct when I contacted Keller Williams looking for a realtor. I was looking to make a purchase before interest rates went up and had no experience whatsoever in real estate. I found that he was very helpful throughout the whole process and also very likeable. I felt that he looked out for my interests and was involved right away when problems arose of which there were many. I'm sure that he will never forget me. My purchase went down to the very last day when the seller wasn't going to extend when an issue on the HOA insurance on the outside of the condominium came up. Steve called Robert Palmer of R.P. Funding{the lender} and was able to resolve the issue. I could write pages on all the twists and turns of my real estate odyssey, but now that its over, I'm very happy to just forget about it. If I ever venture down the real estate road again, I would contact Steve again. Highly recommend him.

Steve is relentless at getting homes sold. He has a keen awareness of the Downtown market. Steve communicates extremely well and knew just how to position our property. He was phenomenal at working with renters in our place who were less than ideal.
