Steven Garza is at the top of his game with almost infinite knowledge of all things related to his profession. For a guy who sells 40+ homes/yr he has unimaginable patience. Being new to the SA area with no predetermined criteria we were literally, all over the map. Not once did Steven ever question or comment on our choices of what to view (unless asked). Furthermore, he made himself available all hours of the day, 7 days a week. In the end, we exhausted virtually all inventory in our decided parameters, eventually finding our home and below market value. Win!! Now 11 months after our purchase, we are still happy with our decision in our home and our realtor. Steven still gladly takes our calls even though they are not sales related. Since closing we have asked him for suggestions ranging from various value/$ on improvements to contractors to property taxes. His advice has proven to always be sound and worth considering, if not taking. This has been by far the best realtor experience I have had in my home purchases. He is worthy of your consideration.
