I would highly recommend Sunny. She helped my family buy our first home, here in NC. She is very knowledgable, professional, kind and patient. She worked very hard for several months and helped us purchase the perfect home. She always made time to show us houses (and we looked at several!) and was always quick to respond to calls, emails and texts. We really enjoyed working with her and love our new home!

Ours was a particularly difficult listing for Sunny because we live in California. Except for two visits back to NC, Sunny had to do all of the work. She had to find the inspectors, arrange for the repair work to be done, stand by while the inspections were occurring and do the final walk-thorough, all without our direct participation. Not only that, she volunteered to watch the house for us since it will be vacant for about two weeks before we can take possession. She also planned our house-hunting so that we could see the maximum houses in the short time we could spend in NC. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

She communicates and negotiates extremely well and took the initiative to do many things to help sell my property.
