When looking to buy a house we were given a referral to work with Susan. She helped me look at many, many houses and would even go back to the houses with my husband who travels a lot. She found us a great home which we lived in for 5 years. Then a few months ago, we decided to move closer to family in MO so of course contacted Susan again to sell our home. Early this year, I decided to put my house on the market. I asked my neighbor for a recommendation. He used to work with Susan Agostini a few years ago. He said she would do a great job. Susan went beyond great. She worked above and beyond to prepare my house, show it ( I lost count of so many showings) and four months later, sold it. She sent in a photographer and created an amazing virtual tour for MLS. She staged my house and helped me prepare for four open house events. We spoke, texted and/or emailed almost daily. You were right on target with the analysis for the correct listing price. One thing that we think helped our house show better than others in this market was your beautiful staging. Now we know why model homes work so well!! Staging really helps the buyer envision how they could live in your house. A vacant house, no matter how nice, will always look better with the proper furniture and accessories. Of course your professionalism and reliability are much valued. You have so much experience and sales knowledge; but it is also your ability to analyze the specific situations that we really appreciate. When we first began our search for our new home, we contacted six different realtors in Rio Rancho/Albuquerque area requesting information, explaining that we would be visiting New Mexico in 7 months.
