Excellent. After she had our criteria for buying, she notified us quickly when something came up that was in our comfort zone. We saw the house we bought the first day it was on the market, and we made an offer very quickly after that. In 2010 we bought a villa in Sarasota to use as a vacation house, and she was our representative at that time as well, and again when we sold that house last year. That was also a one-day purchase, although the house was on the market for a longer time. I recommend Sue highly, especially in the areas of attention to what the customer is looking for, and willingness to show houses until you find the one you like! Each time we were here on vacation, Sue showed us houses, which was an excellent way to see various neighborhoods and understand the market here.
