Keith is very professional coupled with a personable and friendly attitude, which these days isn't always easy to find. I've worked in a large real estate company so I'm aware of all the behind-the-scenes and after hours work Realtors do. We are in the process of moving across the country and Keith's knowledge of the local area where we're moving is outstanding. I am a newbie condo investor with some commercial real estate experience, and I have been exploring purchasing a vacation rental condo in the Destin area. He took quite a bit of time to research properties that would be a good fit for me and sent them to me along with his cash flow analysis for each property. He did something that was quite unheard of, he allowed me to contact the owner of the condo to ask her questions directly, even though she wasn't represented by any other realtor.
