Tameson Cockrell

I am a 5th generation native of Colorado Springs, and I also happen to be a 4th generation real estate broker in my family. Back in the 1940s, my great grandfather opened a real estate and insurance company in a new brick and mortar building on E. Pikes Peak (across from present day Memorial Park), and it was located SO far on the outskirts of town that it took 3 months to get phone service! Then, as a kid with a parent and grandparent in the real estate business, I moved all over the city and attended over 13 local schools. My mom encouraged me to get my real estate license while attending University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, which I did. And though I attended school for a business marketing degree, I quickly realized real estate was my passion, and did not even finish my senior year of college. Fast forward 28 years...I'm now the co-managing broker for the Broadmoor location of ERA Shields Real Estate, continuing to help new and past clients achieve their real estate goals, and could not be happier!
