  • Tammy listed and sold my home

Excellent person hi kno her information.

    • Tammy listed and sold my home

Just days on the market we already had 3 offers!

      • Tammy listed and sold my home

She's mostly a property manager & was more interested in selling my property to her investor/clients at a good deal to them at my expense. She knew the lowest price point(net proceeds) I would accept so instead of trying to get the most for my property she tailored to that, even mentioned it at closing. When I accepted the last offer she deliberately did not mention or highlight that they were buying it "as is" even though I let her know i was worried they might have to pull out of sale if i couldn't finish the repairs mentioned in the last home inspection! Even though I mentioned that she still didn't highlight to me that the offer was buying in "as is" condition. When about 2 wks had passed & they hadn't done an inspection I then took a closer look at the offer & Realized that they were buying as is. Meanwhile I had been unneccessarilly spending much stress, time, effort & money on more repairs, etc. All because she didn't let me know they were buying as is. I then saw the name of the property management company that was the buyer then I realized why the disclosure she gave me when presenting the offer, she had some type of affilliation with them. I had already accepted an offer lower than my selling price & later she tried to convince me to go even lower due to possible foundation problems. I realize buyers will do that but just felt she was trying to get the very best price for them at my expense. At no time during the selling process did she ever put a for sale sign or as far as i know due much or any marketing(other than zillow & one other) & she never discussed with me about CMA or comparables or anything of that nature to come up with a selling price. I was on my own when it came to selling price. I was very disappointed with her services & lack there of and let her know when her contract with me expired that I would not extend it. However the house got sold shortly before her contract expired.
