Tanya Schindler is the Broker of record at South Central Real Estate. Tanya has sold properties in all areas of Houston as well as farms and ranches throughout Austin, Colorado, Lavaca, Gonzales, Fayette and Milam counties. Tanya received her salesperson license in 2003 and broker license in 2010 and started South Central Real Estate in 2012. Tanya is married to Joe Schindler of Schulenburg. She and Joe reside in Colorado County and enjoy spending time with LJ, Katherine and Kyle Schindler. Tanya has served on the Board for the Schulenburg-Weimar area Parents as Teachers, and the Board for Fayette County Tourism Association. Tanya is also a member of the Navidad Valley Cattlewomen, HLSR Judging Contest Committee as well as many committees at St Rose of Lima Catholic School in Schulenburg for fundraising.
