We selected Taryn to sell our penthouse in Bal Harbour and she was excellent. She always answered our calls and emails, provided thorough market research (and regular updates) and even though we overpriced the listing at the beginning (Which she warned us against), it closed on the very high end of the range that she said it would likely sell for that she even quoted during the first interview when we decided to list with her. She personally attended every showing. She used social media to get the property exposed to different types of buyers which no other agents had included in their marketing offerings and listing presentations and she is bilingual. There were a number of showings to international buyers who spoke Spanish and she was able to answer their questions. She actively marketed the property, performed every thing she committed to and was always honest with us. She was very proactive in collaborating with the selling agent so that we closed on time. At the end of the day, we were very pleased with her services and highly encourage you to interview her. We are confident she would be effective on either side of the transaction.

Also, I was buying my first property, and looking for a place below 200k.Unlike many people, Taryn took me serious from day one. The second property offer, once again in competition with 3 other people, Taryn's connections with the neighborhood HOA, gave me a heads up, and the sellers accepted it.My buying process ended up becoming very unique, as the sellers decided to declare bankruptcy after we were under contract. The knowledge, connections, and experience of Taryn made the process much more bearable, and understandable. Taryn sacrificed family time, and personal time to make sure that my deal would not fall through. Additionally, her HOA connections allowed for a quick and easy HOA approval. Taryn is handling the sale of my home. I was conflicted about selling for many reasons and had many questions. I will be the first to admit that I am a needy client because of my indecision of whether to stay or sell, and Taryn has handled it beautifully with respect and grace. At our initial meeting Taryn took the time to listen to my issues and advise me accordingly. She was interested in me, my wants and needs, above a potential commission. Taryn went out of her way to brainstorm with me to clarify answers to my questions and concerns and consequently solve those concerns. Eventually with Taryn's patient and educated guidance, I ended up listing my home which is now in escrow. As some might think otherwise, the realtor's work does not end with the signing of the contract and moving on to their next sale. Inevitably issues come up. In my case, the buyer requested a specific credit amount for certain things, i.e., the roof to lower his home owners' insurance costs, etc. Taryn immediately got on the phone and contacted roofers to come out and provide estimates (which were lower than the buyer's estimate), and called insurance brokers to get the buyer the best deal on home owner's insurance. This benefited the buyer as well as me and sealed the deal. Simply put, Taryn is a proactive realtor who doesn't take the lazy way out. She did her own due diligence to advocate the best result for me. Bottom line, Taryn is a realtor whose first priority is a happy client, secondary to the commission. Taryn has been available to me throughout this process whether it be via text, phone, or email. Buying or selling a home is one of the most important and costly things we do in life. It is a huge financial investment and for some, like me, an emotional investment. I feel fortunate to have found Taryn to protect those investments. Taryn is just an amazing human being, and was my fantastic resource I discovered in my time in Florida looking at homes to buy. I put a property under contract through Taryn who negotiated it beautifully. She knew when and where to press for more, and how to carry the process forward diplomatically for the best outcome with the seller.In this situation, the HOA had an issue at the end that caused a problem with the lender. Taryn had asked the correct questions before I ever made the offer and we proceeded with the assurance of correct info from the HOA. I decided in the end to pull out of the contract because the the options that remained to us did not fit for me. Taryn showed me other fantastic "finds" but as yet none are a fit before I head out of the country. I should also mention that Taryn brought in the most wonderful lender as well.
