We were selling our home and buying our next home at the same time. The home that we chose to buy was with a VA loan and an older manufactured home which presented several challenges to find a mortgage financer to purchase the home and other hurdles in the process. She managed to get us through all the challenges and maneuver all the dates so closing could happen the way it needed to. She is truly an amazing realtor. I would highly recommend Teresa if you're buying and/or selling a home. Kudos to Teresa!
