Terrible! Worst realtor we have ever used. Her involvement was minimal in the whole process. We were left to fend for ourselves in many instances. She did not communicate what was going on, what was expected of us practically from the beginning to end. She even had another agent show us properties and when it was time to write up the contract, this kind , but elderly gentleman didn’t really know how to write it properly. We ended up sending it to another realtor who made the necessary corrections. Teresa was not helpful when the seller walked at closing-It wasn’t awful, awful, awful experience working with her.
