We moved to North Carolina at the end of June. We were down in North Carolina the third week of May to find a house to buy. We had looked in the Charlotte area with no luck. We saw a house on Zillow and put it into our GPS and did a drive-by. There was a sign out front and we decided to call. That was about 6 PM and Terri answered the phone. She took down the information and set up a showing for the next day. Not only that she asked us what type of house we were looking for and the price range and she showed up the next day with a few more houses for us to look at. They were all great houses. We put a contract in and after a few negotiations we settled on a reasonable price. At this time we were already back in Connecticut. We could not have purchased this house without Terris help. She scheduled and attended all of the inspections that we requested. She kept us in the loop and communicated frequently with us. She got the answers to any questions we had. She helped to find us a lawyer and got us to the closing. We could not have purchased this house without her help. We would highly recommend Terri as a top notch real estate agent. We have worked with other agents over the years and she was by far the best.
