Terri came highly recommended and we could clearly see why! She has a lot of insights and experience, covering everything between Sacramento and the Sierra Foothills (and perhaps beyond!) We were eager to start looking at homes and she was very responsive from the beginning. Even when we didn't feel we had enough time to schedule tours, she managed to get us in always making room in her schedule to accommodate our availability. When we were touring homes, we never felt rushed. Terri always made us feel that we were her priority. She is upbeat, positive, personable, and easy to be with, always making us comfortable. We have bought and sold many homes over the years and have worked with lots of realtors. Terri has been by far the best! Her knowledge of the area was very helpful but it was her communication skills and responsiveness to our questions and concerns that was better than we could have ever expected. We have now bought and sold a house with Terri, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcomes, I highly recommend her.

Terri was the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. My family and I decided to move to the area and it was scary to start something new. Terri is absolutely fantastic to work with! She's super friendly, always happy to answer any questions we have, and still stays in touch long after we bought the house. We had a wonderful experience with Terri as our realtor. She was beyond professional and gave us amazing customer service. Have you ever received an Apple Hill apple pie before you even hired someone? We did! She sold our house for almost 50,000.00 over asking, and all we had to do was clean it once and let her show it. She had a family come in the day before the open house and they are the ones who bought it! The 72sold system she uses does everything it claims to do. After working with a different realtor for 4 months, Terri was a breath of fresh air. Our first phone conversation was while she was on vacation in Monterey, yet she took the time to hear my story and listen to my needs! And found me my dream house, at a price I could afford, in just a few weeks of working with her. She also recommended a new lender, whom I was very pleased with as well. Highly recommend!

Our first home purchase was with Terri in 2020, and she was an absolute godsend. We had gotten jerked around by two prior realtors who didn't take us seriously and always left us hanging. However, after meeting Terri, she took us under her wing, taught us what we needed to know, and got us into our house in just a matter of weeks. But what's even more special is that she made us feel like family. Cut to 2022, and after getting a new job my partner and I were looking to upgrade to something a bit bigger. Without hesitation, the next day Terri started the process of marketing and selling our current property, and she helped us find another property in our area that suited our needs. The thing we love most about Terri is that she COMMUNICATES. You could text her at any hour of the day, and somehow she was always quick to respond. And likewise, even when she wasn't able to be on-site with us, she had one of her representatives ready to go to meet us and take us through homes. Buying a home in the California market is absolute madness, and that madness has a way of rubbing off on those seeking to purchase, but somehow Terri finds a way to mold the nerves and enthusiasm into action. I cannot recommend her enough. She and everyone that works for her are absolute angels, but know how to fight hard and play the game to make a deal happen. 12/10 stars.
