Terri is very personable, gives a feeling of confidence, and is very knowledgeable about the local market. She was very helpful to us in getting our home ready for sale, by quickly telling us what needed to be corrected before opening the listing, connecting us with good repairmen, and even saving us a day or two by forwarding payment from her own funds, until our check could get from NE to TX. We were able to get everything done through her, as we live in NE and did not want to leave our jobs to come to TX for closing. We recommend her very highly.

This was our first time selling a home. Before contacting Terri, I did some research but still had a lot of questions about the entire process and the best way to list. Terri was so knowledgeable and helpful. She explained every step to us in detail so we knew exactly what was happening at all times. Unlike some agents we interviewed prior, she didn't make us feel like we had to just go with what she said just because she was the expert. She showed us what comparable homes in our area were selling for and gave us weekly updates on the progress of our home amd the surrounding area market. She even helped us find handymen to repair a few cosmetic issues to get our home ready (we had to move across the country before our house was even listed) AND was there to make sure the job got done correctly before we paid them (even when she was on vacation she called us with an update!). She sold our home in 3 days! Through the inspection, appraisal, and signing process, she was at our disposal if we had any questions whatsoever and was always prompt in returning our calls if she didn't have the answer right away, or we left a message. I felt like I was her only client even though I KNEW that wasn't the case! Terri made what could have been a very stressful, uneasy process a breeze.
