Theresa helped us with both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one. She walked us through the process on both ends to make things as smooth as they could be. When our old house wound up needing a new roof due to damage found during the inspection, she went back and forth with the other agent many times, keeping all parties aware of what was going on. In addition to her professional knowledge, she was incredibly kind and reassuring during what was a stressful time. for us.

Selling a home from another state, can be quite difficult if you are not familiar with the market. I can honestly say, the Universe blessed me with Theresa. She is a very professional, honest, understandable and dedicated realtor. I had a rental and I was having a bad experience with the property management, so I decided to sell. I Knew I need it to prepare the house before I can put it out in the market. However, since I live out of state, and I don’t know anyone in Ohio, I didn’t know who to hire and whom to trust. Theresa took care that issue for me. Although, the market was hot and everyone was busy, with a very positive energy, Theresa went above and beyond to find a contractor, a handyman, a gardener and whoever else was necessary in order to make all the repairs inside and outside the house, to meet the compliance with the city inspector and the evaluator. She nicely staged the house and made the house was kept clean inside and out. She is very knowledgeable of the market and told me exactly what to expect. During the whole process, she was always available to take a call, or respond to a text and/or emails, regardless of what time of day or night it was. She answered all my questions and cleared all doubts I may had. Due to her expertise, in this changing market, the house was sold in a timely manner and to the right buyer. From the first time I spoke to Theresa, I knew I can trust her. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house (no matter where in the country you’re) Overall, she is wonderful!!!
