I wanted a professional, someone who really knew real estate, somebody who would return a call or email when I had a question and most of all, someone who kept their word. In Sarah and Tim, we found two people who were all of that and much more. I've dealt with many real estate agents in my time....many that I thought were very good. But I have to say, none of them came close to how Sarah and Tim treated us and handled our sale. Too bad zillow doesn't have a 6 star "wouldn't use anybody else" rating.

The husband and wife team really complete the buying process by allowing you to feel at ease with purpose. In my case I was 950 miles away till settlement, their was inspections, repairs, re-inspections, wind and roof mitigation report to lower HOI. All these things Tim and Sarah were their for me to see through all of this and they provided my confidence in the sale going smoothly. Within minutes of inquiring about a home on Zillow we had emails from both Tim and Sarah and as it said in the email; it wasn't long till we received a phone call, all on a holiday weekend. Within 2 hours of that very first phone call Tim was able to meet us at the home, again this was on a holiday weekend. During the walk through, he laid everything out on the table in a very informative, clear and honest way. The offer we were able to give, was a lot less than the listed price of the house, so we didn't have our hopes up, but Tim made it happen. Im so glad we hired Sarah to sell our condo in a complex that had several other units for sale. When the sellers took fixed items, Tim gave us money out of his own pocket to replace the items. I am please with the service we received from Drew Niswonger. We were connected via a "blind" response to a Zillow prompt.
