We were relocating our winter home from Naples to Venice. We met Tim when we were checking out the Venice area and went to an open house. We told him our wants and needs. He first showed us a new home in a community. That was far from what we thought we wanted. Tim sent us listings and put together multiple viewings. He answered all our questions about properties, knew the area and truly cared about finding the best home for us. There was never any pressure, Tim is easy to talk with. After a few weeks we went back to the first house Tim showed us. We are proud owners of that home. Thank you Tim. You know your business and are good at it. Tim has become our friend.

We found Tim Kelm to be a pleasure to work with on our recent house purchase.
