Timothy Polovina

Timothy J. Polovina is licensed as a Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Auctioneer as well as a CAGA Personal Property Appraiser. A consistent multi-million dollar producer, Tim specializes in REO’s and has worked with a multitude of banks and asset management companies. Tim has been a REALTOR and auctioneer for over 10 years, and he has quite an accomplished past. While attending the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Economics, Tim earned 6 letters in 3 varsity sports. Tim was also enrolled in the United States Marine Corps Officer Candidate Program where he graduated in the 90th percentile. After 4 years in the Reserves Tim was granted an Honorable Discharge. In 1976, Tim started a mining supply company which pioneered automatic grinding tungsten-carbide roof bits for the coal industry.
