This man is highly unethical and should not be allowed to be a licensed realtor. He is representing the seller of a house we looked at. In no uncertain terms he stated that he would not even present a purchase offer to the seller/bank from an outside realtor - that he would only do the deal if he was representing both sides of the transaction. He also said this was because most outside realtor's offers came in TOO HIGH (which if anything would be in the best interest of the seller) and he would make sure the buyer paid the lease amount possible - in direct conflict with his responsibility to the seller who he contracted with. He is slimy and should be avoided at all cost!

He doesn't present all offers to his client (seller)if he doesn't personally believe its a good offer according to him and not even the sellers. Does not respond in a timely professional manner. Very unprofessional and unethical

Met Todd at an open house and was extremely put off by his "used car salesman" tactics that really borders on complete dishonesty. I think he likes to hear himself talk rather than listen to your needs. He is pushy and has called me twice even though we told him we were not interested nor did we need to sell our house to purchase another property...again not listening or paying attention. He really gives real estate a bad name and I really felt sorry for the owner of the property who listed with him. I had friends who met him at this open house on another day and they said the same thing. Basically the saying "pees on your leg and then tries to tell you its raining" pretty much sums up your interaction with him. Stay away!
