Todd did an amazing job selling our home. He gave us specific recommendations on what we should do to get the home ready to sell. Because of his recommendations we were able to sell our home for well over asking price. We also needed to have some contractor work done on the home. Not only did Todd locate a contractor and get a bid he researched other contractors to make sure we were getting the best price. We didn't have to worry about anything! He did a great job of making sure we were notified of every step of the process in a timely manner.
