What can I say, as a new home buyer I could not have underestimated the process more! Finding a good, reliable realtor was the first step. Me and my fiance' had chosen a realtor that helped my parents move into their first home, but she didn't work out very well for us, communication was very poor and unfortunately she was completely out of the loop. She sent me a portal website and that was pretty much it. Me and my fiance' decided to take things into our own hands and look at houses ourselves, and that's when we found Tom. He showed us a house, and after we knew we weren't interested, he offered his assistance with looking further and we jumped at the chance to work with him. There were no regrets. Throughout the entire process Tom was there 100%. If I sent him a text or phone call, he got back to me almost immediately. When my lenders were being particularly slow, Tom jumped on the phone with them and got things moving fast. When he said he would do something, it got done, and with efficiency. And even though he had other clients he was working with at the time, he made us feel like #1. There's a reason he's a member of the Howard Hanna Million Dollar Plus and Champions Club, he's personable, down-to-earth, reliable, and importantly, gets the job done.
