Tom Presler is an excellent realtor. It is apparent that customer service is a top priority for him. Very professional and friendly he was always responsive to all our questions and contacted the listing agents of our properties of interest in a timely manner. He is obviously very experienced in this field as he would usually have notable insights regarding various aspects of properties contracts and negotiation procedures. Tom also took the time to understand our needs and wants in a location and never tried to pressure us to look in areas outside our specified geography boundaries or to consider properties that did not meet our criteria. One very interesting observation we had was that whenever we told other agents that Tom was our realtor every one of them spoke highly of Tom and commended us for finding such a good agent. The tracking system on key events and activities is very useful. Locations LLC reviews all documents to ensure agreements are constructed appropriately and catching any variations that may create issues in offers and closing. This is a good system and increases confidence in the process of buying or selling a property. Having done real estate sales on the mainland in recent years the service aspect of both the agent and company were significantly more user friendly. In Tom's case his administrative assistant is very much on top of the documents and reminders.

Tom Presler picked up the agent role for my real estate sales transaction due to the prior Locations agent having conflicted listings in the Ilikai. I had told the prior agent that I wanted the replacement agent to be knowledgable and responsive. Tom exceeded my expectatyions on all fronts; being highly professional responsive knowledgeable and in his ability to execute. At times Tom may have assumed that we knew more about the process of real estate shopping and buying in that market than we did so in the spirit of providing potentially helpful feedback I'd suggest checking in with the client periodically if that may be the case with others. On the whole our dealings with the company were good and efficient. There were occasional glitches (that may have stemmed from computer or firewall issues at our end; just really don't know) but typically Tom would step in and make sure we got the document or clarified things for us. We very much appreciated being able to use the Kailua office for my dad (one of the buyers) who does not have email access.
