Tonya and her team are the best I've had the pleasure of coming across! I couldn't write enough to explain the amazing experience I've had. They went way above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and quick experience. I sold the home for more than I expected with less time. She even went above expectations by helping find other great teams to help with repairs and home prep. I never even had to show up at the house. I had a very negative perspective on using a realtor, and was going to sell my home myself. After one conversation with Tonya, I was not only excited about using a realtor, I was looking forward to the process. We had many hurdles and ups and downs, but Tonya was there with her positive attitude and a solution to everything. There wasn't anytime that she didn't answer my calls or return a call immediately, even after hours. Tonya went above and beyond in every task or situation that would arise. She not stayed on top of things, discussed actions we should take, and, she actually listened to my perspective and opinions with much respect.
