We had a wonderful experience with Tracie! She handled the most difficult situation (and us) with wonderful grace and negotiation skills. Our seller passed away the night before we were to sign papers. We were packed, ready to move, and HAD to be out of our house, which had sold. We ended up renting the new property for two months until the will was probated. She made all the necessary paperwork changes and all the processes involved go smoothly. We are very grateful!
