Im an out-of-town investor. I looked into finding a realtor in the South Carolina area and found Tracy and her team. I worked with her husband Justin and after the first conversation, I knew I was in good hands. He made a difficult process seem so effortless. Justin went above and beyond before I even had a question because he was in the process of taking care of the next step it was already done. Video tours had to be our bread and butter and he was phenomenal in guiding me from a long distance away. He was thorough in the description of the property, gave information I may have not known, and walked me through every step of what was to come. I cant say enough good things about him it was a great experience. This is just one member of their team and just by working with him, I could tell it was an All-Star team.
