Trina Cannon, truly lived up to our high expectations her professionalism was impeccable attention to detailed eased our stress level. We relocated out of state, and a lot of our dealings were by phone and email. I can say she was very punctual with answering our emails and phone calls, Trina has a tenacious but calming disposition when addressing real estate matters , she also has a wealth of real estate knowledge as well, above all she made us feel like family and exuded uttermost patients with our questions and concerns. She even exceeded expectations by re-visiting our property to insure thumbnail items were successfully addressed. TRINA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! I wish she could have handled the entire process from the mortgage loan process to dealing with the title company. We executed a move from Hawaii to Texas and she made sure the entire process was smooth and stress-free. From the beginning, she ensured that we were knowledgeable about the entire process and she even took time out of her weekend (due to time differences) to go over a the entire home buying process with us. I was initially worried about trying to find a home in a short timeframe but she helped us find the perfect home during our only trip to San Antonio. She made sure we were informed throughout the entire process and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. Most of our interaction was through emails and her responses were always speedy and we never had a hard time getting in touch with her.Since we werent able to be in San Antonio at closing, she took the time out of her day to inspect the house for us and she even sent us pictures of the home after the previous owners moved out.
