We have done business with Trina for several years. She sold our home a few years back to the first person who saw it. We have since purchased and sold rental properties from her. I met Trina and her husband, Doug, at a friend'a dinner party. We talked all night like old friends. At the end of the evening, I asked for her business card. I appreciated her in depth knowledge of the lake mary, Longwood, heathrow and sanford areas. I was very pleased that she was willing to work with my budget, And flexible enough to make changes with me along the way. It was less than a year before I found the home of my dreams. Trina was essential in making sure I did not miss out on my chance to make an offer when another buyer stepped in before me. As a first time home buyer, I needed her guidance and she was so patient with me and went overboard in her efforts to help me with paperwork and deposits. She was so generous with her time and was able to work around my busy schedule. I thank God that we crossed paths. My life will never be the same!
