Recently Troy helped us with the sale of our home after our daughter passed away late last year. His professional nature and expertise really moved the process along in a timely fashion at a very difficult time for us. Meeting Troy was incidental; however, my fianc and I never would have settled; Troy assisted us in finding our first home. Troy sustained an in depth knowledge about the areas in which we were interested, all the while enhancing our autonomy through friendly encouragement and remaining amenable to an awkward schedule of countless Saturday mornings. We had to have some minor work repairs done and he gave us good contacts for reputable contractors who did the work that was necessary. We even signed off all our paperwork on a Saturday which is not common but it sure helped us out because we were scheduled to leave on Sunday. I highly recommend using Troy Schuyler as your real estate agent representative. Troy sold our house in the summer of 2018, and the entire process was positive, productive, and efficient with Troy being the facilitator. He had a great marketing strategy and advertised our house well. We had tenants living in the home we were selling and Troy was excellent at working with them. He respectfully communicated through every step of the process with them and they always had great things to say about him managing the process.
