Tyler is a superhands on experienced agent who knows how to be an excellent seller and buyers agent. In the rough CA market he positioned us well to win the bid on our first home and then later he did an excellent job maximizing our offers.

We were selling our Pleasanton home so we interview 6 new realtors and selected the Moxley team. Tyler grew up in the area and really new the neighborhood. He did an excellent job marketing the home (professional photos and staging). He helped us to make the appropriate upgrades to the house to increase our chances of getting our selling price. He also had a handyman and painter we could use. The paperwork was all completed via email and docu-sign. Chicago title did an excellent job dealing with the sale and everything was seamless
