  • Vickie listed and sold my home

      We hired Vickie to sell our house in Stafford after we fired our other realtor after a year of very few showing and no offers. Vickie gave us some great advise on painting some walls and hoe to stage the house. In a couple months we had over 50 showings and a sold house. She then helped us find the perfect ranch house in Fredericksburg in a hurry since we had to be out of our house in 30 day. We did not get to do a final walk through until after our closing because of my work schedule. The previous owners left the house in a mess (beer cans everywhere, trash, cat hair on the ceiling fans, burnt food all over the inside of the oven, etc...). We had to hire a cleaning crew to come in and clean it. Vickie went above and beyond her job and picked up the cost of the cleaning crew. She made us feel more like a friend the a client.
