We were robbed blind! She totally misrepresented us! The House was a mess and the appliances were filled with roaches, the air conditioner which she and the inspector both said worked... was red tagged! So first year, no heat, no air conditioning in the dessert foothills! The pool was green, and I could go on. She’s lucky we didn’t sue her! She lied all the way through the sale.
