If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would! Warren and Prebble are an outstanding husband and wife team. They listened to our requirements and they helped us find the perfect starter home!We went with Warren and Prebble after interviewing multiple top rated agents in our area through Dave Ramsey's ELP program. We chose them because while they are highly ranked and professional, they didn't pressure us into finding a place just to make their next sale. They are very personable and highly responsive (would answer almost immediately texts, emails, and calls almost any time of day). We can't imagine going through this process without them.When it came down to making the sale, they fought for us - with the lender, the condo association, and through the negotiation process. Warren is a wealth of wisdom when it comes to what to look for structurally in the home and Prebble is able to provide design suggestions on what the home could become.We never felt pressured but completely trusted them along the way. We cannot recommend them enough! They are the best! :)
