it's been such an easy ride to buy our first home with Wes !! we were very unsure and scared/nervous about choosing our first home. Of course we wanted THE PERFECT one and I (the wife) am super picky. but believe it or not, we DID find our perfect home!! it's all we asked for and more. Wes was always up to date, super quick in responding any of our questions and kept us in the loop with what was going on since we had absolutely no idea of the process. it was definitely a learning experience. Not to mention his humor, I think in this business it really gives a bright light since all of this is nerve wrecking anyways! My husband and I loved working with Wes and already referred him to many of our friends and family :) A good soul who wants the best for you and is looking out for your needs and what you really want. He doesn't push you into a more expensive home only because you could. We had a budget and this is what we kept and he didn't push us. It's about being human as well and not just a Realtor who wants to make the big bucks. Although I hope he will make the big bucks because he deserves it :-) Thank you for your hard work Wes, we appreciate you!

Wes was absolutely instrumental in the success of finding my wife and I's very first home. Being new to this process, we had no idea what to expect, how to narrow down our preferred areas and where to begin. We submitted a request late on a Friday, to have someone reach out. Not expecting to hear from anyone until Monday, we were caught off guard when he called at 8:00pm on Friday to introduce himself. He immediately followed that up with offering to meet with us the very next day. After meeting with multiple Real Estate agents, we were pleasantly surprised when he showed up to our meeting, with a laptop, and during our conversation, was helping to narrow down our likes/dislikes, preferred areas, budget and more. At the end of a 5 min convo, he spun his laptop around and showed us everything we needed to know. This was much more than we had received from the other agents. (Who, in our opinion, saw a young couple and probably thought \"waste of my time\". We say this because everyone else came ill-prepared...no laptop, iPad or even paper to write with.) Anyway, after emailing all agents, he was the only one who responded, in a timely manner. Not only did he respond, but he helped us find our house, it met our criteria, came in under budget and helped us to get it closed within the timeline we had. He did all this with 2 weeks to spare, just saying. This was no easy task, as the sellers and their agents did not make it easy. We would have walked away had it not been for Wes and would have lost the house we wanted very much. He was amazing every step of the way and we will NEVER use anyone else again. He has even helped after the closing with some miscellaneous items, as new homeowners, we didn't know how to handle. Even some bigger issues with the builder, that he isn't responsible for nor is he on the clock. He already did his job....We couldn't be happier! A HUGE THANK YOU to WES and his firm for all they did. It would not have happened without you.

Wes helped me buy a home and sell another. My experience working with Wes was great! He was very proactive and extremely hard working. He always had answers to my questions or went above and beyond to find the answers. He was never pushy and I never felt pressured into any decisions. He does a great job of explaining all of the options so that you can make the best decision for yourself. I would definitely recommend Wes to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

He frequently anticipated my questions or requests before I even said them. I knew he understood what I wanted in a home and would stand by my side until we accomplished my goal. Wes cared about every aspect of my process and never stopped until any question or issue was solved. His guidance was insightful, honest, and I am incredibly grateful I worked with someone that I completely trusted and felt so comfortable with. It was such a difference maker.
