Mike was our original contact about selling our home, and his knowledge/recommendation about what it would take to sell our home (as to what we needed to fix-up or just leave alone) and then at what price was great. He was very laid back and assured us we'd have no problem selling quickly, which turned out to be correct. Once we had an offer, we were turned over to Tangy Thomas to help us negotiate with the prospective buyer and get a deal that we were happy with. Tangy has been our point of contact ever since, and she's been very responsive to any questions and has continued to guide us through the inspection and our response to that.

Mike remained professional and looked out for my best interest as a seller. He sold my house within 1 day and brought me 2 offers. My grandma passed and I was tasked to empty her trailer and sell it. I went through one realtor and it was a mess! Took roughly 5-6 months and my realtor kept on giving me excuses as why it is not selling. I fired my old realtor and contacted Mike. I was a little apprehensive because he dealt very little with trailers but I have heard nothing but good things about him so I signed a contract for him to be my new agent. Less than a month and it was sold! Even with how little profit there was due to the trailer being only 9000 dollars, he busted his rump and was super responsive... and got it sold!
