We were fortunate enough to meet William very early in our search for a Dobbs Ferry home. Moving to New York from the UK we particularly valued his huge experience, his depth of local knowledge, his contacts and his ability to search out suitable properties for us. He was invaluable in helping us to secure our first US home in Constance Avenue, Dobbs Ferry, which we enjoyed for many years before returning to the UK. When it was time for us to return to the UK we turned to William once again to help sell our home for us. Bill is one amazing realtor! I have known Bill for years having been on the Dobbs Ferry Board of Education for 13 years and then a Dobbs Ferry Village Trustee until our house sold and we moved. Let me take you through the process. Bill came over and we walked the house. Bill recommended that we get the house inspected so we could remediate any issues before a contract was signed. We did and fixed a few small issues. We also had the Village Building Inspector come over to be sure we had any code issues solved, which we did. Bill recommended a great stager and a wonderful contractor. Between the two of them, they really made our home shine and allowed potential buyers to see how their family could use our house. We hired Bill because he gave us the distinct impression that he would be there each step of the way from getting our house ready to sell through the closing. He was. From our first meeting, before he was even hired, Bill not only spent the time with us to walk us through each part of the process, but examined every aspect of our house to assess what specifically might need to be done.
