- Winona helped me buy a home
I take complete blame for this mishap that was my first homebuyers experience. I should have dome more research. I received my Tennessee Property Condition residential Disclosure which stated there were issues the owners were ware of with the central air conditioning initially. Once I received it, I sent it back asking what the issues were. Winona assured me it was a typo and there were no issues and had it changed to mark no. Now here I am replacing parts and possibly a compressor. Also this is a family business for them. They painted over the wallpaper in the kitchen and left a complete mess from painting on top of my cabinets. I will never use her services again.
