Zack Baker actually cold-called me on the selling of my property. His approach was such that I gave him a meeting. Very knowledgeable, charismatic, and not at all pushy. After discussing with my wife(we were going to sell by owner) we met with him a second time. My wife, too, loved him. We proceeded to list with him and sold our property in 7 days. When we found out we were relocating to town, we were thrilled! And then terrified by real estate horror stories: bidding wars, prices skyrocketing, and properties selling for way above asking price. We definitely could not have done this without Zack and he really took care of us well during the negotiation, closing, and even after closing. We hope that we will be in this home for many years to come, but when it is time to move again, we will definitely call Zack We recommend him so very highly.
