Terms for Referring Party<\/strong><\/p>\n

These terms govern your participation in HomeLight Inc.\u2019s (\u201cHL\u201d) Agent Matching Ambassador Program (\u201cthe Ambassador Program\u201d).\u00a0 The Ambassador Program is open to all existing and former customers of HL (\u201cEligible Referrer\u201d) who choose to deliver a unique referral link provided by HL to friends, colleagues, family members, and other people (collectively the \u201cRecipients\u201d) they believe may be interested in selling a home and are looking for a qualified agent to assist them.<\/p>\n

THE ELIGIBLE REFERRER WILL NOT<\/b> RECEIVE ANY REFERRAL INCENTIVES, BONUSES, OR OTHER FORM OF COMPENSATION OR THING OF VALUE FROM HL OR ANY OTHER PARTIES FOR REFERRING PROPOSED RECIPIENTS TO UTILIZE HL\u2019S AGENT MATCHING SERVICE.<\/p>\n

Employees of HomeLight or any HomeLight Affiliate are ineligible to participate in this program as either Referrer or Recipient.\u00a0 Additionally, licensed real estate agents, or any employee of a \u201cSettlement Service Provider\u201d, as defined under Section 8 of RESPA, are prohibited from utilizing this referral program as referrer or to refer clients to utilize HomeLight\u2019s service.\u00a0 HL reserves the right to disqualify anyone from participating in the Referral Program at any time.<\/p>\n

Recipients must submit their information and utilize the unique link provided by the Eligible Referrer to engage in HL\u2019s Agent Matching Service to match with a licensed agent to represent them in the sale of residential real estate (\u201cHL-Matched Agent\u201d).\u00a0 Upon the successful sale of a single residential real property while represented by a HL-Matched Agent, Recipients will then be eligible to receive the incentive designated in this program.<\/p>\n

If a Recipient submitted by the Eligible Referrer already has an existing relationship with HL or has already been referred to HL via another Eligible Referrer, a HL associate, a HL subsidiary, or one of HL\u2019s lead partners to utilize HL\u2019s services for assistance with buying or selling a home, the recipient will be ineligible to participate in the program.<\/p>\n

HL is unable to disclose to the Eligible Referrer any information regarding any future transactions completed by Eligible Recipients referred through the Program.<\/p>\n

Offer not available in Alabama, Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Oklahoma or in any other jurisdiction where it is prohibited under the governing real estate laws<\/p>\n

Terms for Eligible Recipients<\/b><\/p>\n

The terms set forth here govern your participation in HomeLight Inc.\u2019s (\u201cHL\u201d) Agent Matching Ambassador Program (\u201cthe Ambassador Program\u201d).\u00a0 The Ambassador Program is open to all existing and former customers of HL (\u201cEligible Referrer\u201d) who choose to deliver a unique referral link to friends, colleagues, family members, and other people (collectively the \u201cRecipients\u201d) they believe may be interested in selling a home and are looking for a qualified agent to assist them.<\/p>\n

If the Recipient submits their information using the unique link provided by their Eligible Referrer and successfully completes the sale of a residence utilizing the services of a matched HL Agent within two (2) years of being referred to HL, HL shall deliver a pre-paid Visa Gift Card to the Eligible Recipient within 30 days of the successful close via email.<\/p>\n

In order to participate in this program, proposed Recipients must NOT<\/b> have an existing relationship with HL and must have been referred by an Eligible Referrer, exclusively through the HL Referral Program utilizing the unique link the Eligible Referrer provides them.\u00a0 The Recipient must submit their contact information by utilizing this unique link and engage HL\u2019s Agent Matching Service for the purposes of selling<\/i> a home.<\/p>\n

Failure to submit their information using the unique code provided by their Referrer will disqualify the Recipient from the program.<\/p>\n

This offer is valid for one<\/i> (1) gift card per successful sales transaction utilizing a matched HL Agent within 2 years of the Recipient\u2019s initial introduction to HL.\u00a0 Offer incentive cannot be exchanged or traded for a different form of rebate or award.<\/p>\n

Offer not available to consumers completing the purchase of a home or where an agent other than the agent referred by HL completes the sale transaction.<\/p>\n
