Do real estate for-sale signs actually help sell houses?<\/h2>\n

Yes, a for-sale sign can still help sell a house, even though most buyers now search for homes online. In a 2025 report, NAR notes that 4%<\/a> of buyers found the home they ultimately purchased through a yard sign or open house sign.<\/p>\n
