At the beginning of the decade, the average home sold for $255,000, but by June of this year, that figure had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tucsonrealtors.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/TAR-June-2024-1.pdf\">risen to $370,000<\/a>, according to data from the Tucson Association of Realtors.<\/p>\n<p>Tucson metro area cities that have seen the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azfamily.com\/2024\/02\/24\/cities-with-fastest-growing-home-prices-arizona\/\">biggest jump in home prices<\/a> in the past five years include Sonoita, Tortolita, Catalina, and Three Points. \u201cThere\u2019s a sector of the housing market that has been sitting on the sidelines, and that\u2019s the investors,\u201d said Jim Daniel of R.L.
