At the start of the decade, the typical home sold for $285,000, compared to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mymetrotex.com\/market-reports\/\">$413,000<\/a> in June of this year, according to data from the MetroTex Association of Realtors.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Now, our prices are still increasing at normalized levels, but they\u2019re just very high for buyers that are especially sensitive to interest rates.
