According to the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR), in June 2020, the typical home sold for $249,500, compared to a typical price of <a href=\"https:\/\/sabor.com\/-\/media\/June-Stats-for-Website-v2.pdf\">$314,900<\/a> in June 2024.<\/p>\n<p>However, the San Antonio real estate market is performing differently than most of the nation\u2019s most prominent metro areas, seeing year-over-year price decreases since 2022.
