Fast forward to June of 2024, and that price has increased to <a href=\"https:\/\/fred.stlouisfed.org\/series\/MELIPRCOUNTY47093\">$455,000<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Knoxville currently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fhfa.gov\/data\/dashboard\/fhfa-hpi-top-100-metro-area-rankings?redirect=\">ranks 38th<\/a> on the FHFA\u2019s House Price Index list of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fhfa.gov\/data\/dashboard\/fhfa-hpi-top-100-metro-area-rankings?redirect=\">Top 100 Metro Areas<\/a>, which tracks over 400 cities across all 50 states.
