The average home is taking sixty to ninety days to sell.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This slower selling pace <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arizonarealestate.com\/market-statistics\/\">holds true throughout the state<\/a>, with some cities averaging even higher <a href=\"https:\/\/www.homelight.com\/blog\/days-on-market\/\">days on market<\/a>, such as Coolidge (154 days) and Scottsdale (217 days).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith homes sitting on the market, it&#8217;s making sellers more motivated to sell,\u201d Gillette says. \u201cBut we\u2019re noticing that buyers are nervous right now; concerned with the high interest rates and everything happening in the economy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gillette explains that buyers are taking their time. \u201cAs a listing agent, I am noticing that a buyer will tour a home, come back a second time, and three weeks after their first showing, they submit an offer.
