We used Homelight as a last minute decision. I saw a commercial about Homelight and decided to fill out the online form. Very soon after completing the form, I got a call from Tim Sojka, with Keller Williams. He seemed a little pushy on the phone, but after one realtor we had set up an interview with did not show up, we decided to meet with him. My husband and I both felt like he was very knowledgeable and would do a good job, so we signed with him. He was very communicative and always answered emails and calls almost immediately. He has a whole team working with him, so if he wasn't available, one of his team got back to us. Since we weren't quite ready to put the house on the market yet, he put a sign up in our yard saying, "Coming Soon" with a message at the top to call a certain phone number and it had recorded information about the house. I thought this was a great strategy to let people know about the house before it came on the market. The bottom line was that we had a full-price offer on the house the day BEFORE it went live on the market! The whole thing was so easy, I didn't believe it was true at any point in the month before closing. I kept telling my husband, "you know what they say about if it seems too good to be true . . . " Fortunately, it was true! I then hired Tim to sell my parents house. Thanks, Homelight--I never would have found Tim without you!
