I am Kristina Kingsland and I have lived in North Idaho since 1976. I attended Sagle Elementary, Priest Lake Elementary, Sandpoint middle school and graduated Sandpoint High class of 1985. After traveling around and living in Cape Cod, Alaska, Hawaii, and the San Juan Islands, I realized what a special place Sandpoint is and moved back home in January 1990. I went to work at Schweitzer in 1990 and in 1995 joined the Schweitzer Ski School where I taught skiing until 2018. I have been a member of PSIA (Professional Ski Instructors of America) since 1995 and am a fully certified Alpine, level 1 Telemark, and former Divisional Clinic Leader for PSIA - Northwest. I have been a licensed Sales Person/Realtor since March 2005 and up graded my license to Associate Broker in 2017. I married my husband Tom in 1992. Tom is also a North Idaho local and works in sales and tech support for alternative energy systems. We live in a small solar powered home we built ourselves from trees we had milled to lumber from our property. We have a daughter Erika born in September 1997 who lights up our lives and shares our passion for snow skiing, mountain biking, organic gardening, and exploring the home we love: North Idaho! As your REALTOR® I will put my knowledge of the area to work for you and I appreciate the opportunity to help you make your North Idaho dream come true!
I am originally from Atlanta, my hometown and the place of my childhood and much family. It is where I learned the values of tradition, family and faith. It is where I learned to care about people through home and hospitality. My roots are deep there, but when we visited North Idaho thirty years ago with wee ones in tow, we fell head over heels for this place and knew this was where we wanted to raise our children. A place where the lessons of my youth would have fertile ground to grow and flourish. I know that might sound a little “sappy,” as my grandmother would say, but I can’t help it. Sandpoint brings out that appreciation of the abundance of God’s blessings, the safety of a small town setting and the values that my parents and grandparents passed down to me. Besides being a daughter, sister and aunt, I am wife to a patient husband and mom to three stellar children who have, precious-to-me spouses. I am also “Ammy” to the most adorable six grandchildren who, as I write this, are all under 8 years old! Our children have all chosen to live, work and raise their families here. In a world where families are scattered, we are blessed to see at least one of them daily! I spend most of my free time hanging out with my grandkids, they make me laugh and keep me focused on what’s important! I love how they think and the insight they have, in the simplest of things. When time permits, I enjoy quilting, gardening, reading, home decorating and entertaining. I like to travel, but I love being home. Sandpoint is a place we never feel we need to “get away” from. I love my town and I love my people! My journey to becoming a real estate agent has taken many twists and turns. My resume includes many years working for the school district as a school secretary/bookkeeper and an equal number operating a bookkeeping/medical billing business. About ten years ago, when I was bookkeeping for my brother’s real estate company, I became increasingly interested in real estate as a profession. I have an entrepreneurial spirit and have a hard time saying no to the opportunity a great idea brings, so no one was shocked when I decided to obtain my real estate license. Eventually, I found myself juggling too many “jobs” and realized that I needed my career to match who I am. A person who values people and those relationships, a person who loves where she lives and loves to share that with others. A person who is thrilled when she helps a buyer find their perfect piece of Idaho heaven or helps the seller move on to their next adventure. With that in mind, I spent the next couple of years slowly transitioning from a data focused career to one that connects with people! A career in real estate suits me well, as it gives me the flexibility I need, while helping others realize their dream to live in North Idaho, where family comes first. When my husband and I moved here, we embarked on a new adventure with the future unknown. I remember the excitement and emotion well and is why I enjoy helping first time home buyers find their first home, walking them through the process, step by step. Whether a first time or a seasoned buyer or seller, I believe you will find my attention to detail and professionalism an asset in your real estate endeavors. I look forward to meeting you and learning what would be home to you and helping you find just that.

I am VERY Grateful for my success! I don’t think it is enough to deliver great service, I believe that it is vital that you genuinely enjoy working with people. We all know the difference between someone going through the motions and someone who is present and passionate about what they do. I can’t tell you how many times I have heard from past clients that their reason for choosing me was how excited I was to help them. They weren’t wrong; I genuinely love what I do, and you can rest assured that when I work for you, I am giving it my all. I never take it for granted that you are choosing me to be part of what is often the biggest and sometimes even the most life changing transaction you will experience.

Thanks for checking out my page. I started the Broker Sinclair Team in Coeur d' Alene several years ago. My main focus is on marketing listings and getting them sold for the most amount of money in the least amount of time. Stephen Preston and Daniel Preston lead our buyer side and do an outstanding job digging deep to figure out what buyers really want in their dream home. Working with Stephen and Daniel is a treat, buyers really love the way they dig deep on their needs to figure out what is most important to them in a home. If you follow my blog or Facebook posts you'll quickly learn that I'm an open book. I say what I think and keep it honest. If the market is repressed, I'll be the first to tell you. If I find a real deal then you'll see it in my passion for what I am selling. Born in rural West Tennessee, I've been a Realtor since 1998. I fell in love with real estate while watching a real estate infomercial when I was 16. I saved all the money I could and bought my first rental house when I was 18. A good friend showed me how I could make a living helping other people buy and sell what I was passionate about. That seemed like a no-brainer. Today I continue sharing my passion with others and earning a living along the way. My wife and I moved to Coeur d'Alene in 2005. I went from not knowing anyone in town to the top selling agent in a company with 150 agents in 3 years. Sometimes when you have a passion for something like I do, you just can't help but share it! I really do love my job. We love raising our family in Coeur d'Alene. This place truly is a wonderland for families. The majestic mountains disappear into the crystal clear waters of Lake Coeur d'Alene and Hayden Lake. My favorite two days to be in Coeur d'Alene are without a doubt the 4th of July and the Friday after Thanksgiving. On both of those days the night sky lights up with fireworks over Lake Coeur d' Alene. In the winter we ski at Schweitzer Mountain or Lookout Pass. Both are an hour's drive from my front door! On hot summer days we hang out at the beach or Silverwood Theme-park. Both in my backyard! If you like what you've learned about me and you'd like to know more then let's stay connected. You can become a Facebook fan, follow me on Twitter, or pick up the phone and hit me up. I can't wait to share my passion with you.

Hello, I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. After 30 years of living in a microwave, my lovely family and I decided we needed a change. We came across Northern Idaho and fell in love with the scenic views, outdoor activities, and most of all the wonderful community. I spent the first part of my career in law enforcement completing 10.5 years with Phoenix Police Department. I decided a career change was needed as I wanted to take advantage of what Northern Idaho had to offer; but most of all I wanted to spend more time with my wife, Jessica, and our three kids. Away from work I love to stay busy with outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, skiing, and playing hide-n-seek with my kids. Currently, My wife and I are in the process of starting a hobby farm as we are very interested in producing more of our own food! Yum! As a real estate agent I believe it is essential in having strong communication skills, being prompt/responsive, be an active problem solver, and most importantly understanding the customers needs. I am consistently looking for educational courses to keep up with the technology advancement, changes in laws, and even changes within the industry itself. You will find me to be very passionate, driven, energetic and focused on going above and beyond for the needs of my clients. I could not imagine a better place to live or raise a family than Northern Idaho. Come visit and see for yourself!
I will help find you your perfect home in Sandpoint Idaho and the surrounding areas.
